- Certificates which show the marital status of the main applicant and their dependents (marriage certificate, divorce certificate, spouse’s death certificate etc.)
- Vital records which show family members and the relationship of the dependents to the main applicant
- Passports and notarized copies of the photo pages of the passports of main applicant and their dependents
- Health Insurance for the main applicant and their dependents
- 12 Biometrics Photos for the main applicant and their dependents
- Power of Attorney

Items 1, 2 and 3 should be obtained from the authorities of the country of origin. They should be stamped by a relevant foreign authority and officially translated into Turkish and approved by the Turkish consulate in that country.
If these documents are obtained from the foreign country’s consulate in Turkey, it should be officially translated into Turkish and approved by District Governorship (Kaymakamlık) where the consulate is located.
